This page describes what you can expect in a job interview including some tips to help you prepare.
This may be on a 1-1 basis or it could be more formal with more than one person present. Interviews may be face to face, over the phone or via video.
In some cases you may also be asked to participate in either a written or spoken exercise or may be called back after your interview to experience the type of work you will be undertaking if offered the job.
You may also want to look at techniques for answering questions or responding to scenarios. Examples of these are the STAR method (Share the nature of the situation you were involved in, describe the Task you were responsible for, what Action was taken to move the project forward and what were the end Results).
