Switched to e-payslips (in January 2022) thereby also making considerable savings in paper, printing and postage costs
Anaesthetics and theatres teams have plans to reduce the use of harmful greenhouse gases in their work, and to re-structure their recycling plan
Switching to renewable energy tariffs
Begun the planning phase of a wellbeing garden at University Hospital Lewisham. The garden, as well as helping staff, patients and visitors combat stress, fatigue, anxiety and depression, will also help to improve air quality for our local community.
£547K grant funding to deliver the install of a heat pump and three solar panel arrays on the Bethlem system

Active travel facilities across the main sites e.g. cycle shelters and showers
Fleet implementation program – Trust fleet consists of 3 electric vehicles and there is another 5 on order
Capital program in place to deliver an additional 10x EV charging points on the Bethlem site
