Paul Larrisey
Acting Chief Nurse
Paul qualified as a Nurse in 1989 and has worked in various clinical settings, including Accident & Emergency. He qualified as a District Nurse in 1996, and went on to teach at Middlesex University on both Pre and Post Nursing Registration Education Programmes.
More recently, Paul has worked in south east London for several years in acute services and operational management. He joined South East London ICB in 2023 as Director of Quality.
Paul is the named executive lead for:
- Children and young people (aged 0 to 25)
- Children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Safeguarding (all-age), including looked-after children
- Learning disability and autism (all-age)
- Down syndrome (all-age)
