Dr Ify Okocha is Chief Executive of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust which provides community health, mental health and learning disability services across south east London. He qualified in medicine in 1985 and, after training in psychiatry, obtained his membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 1992. He is on the Roll of Honour of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. Ify has worked in health services locally for several decades and was Medical Director at Oxleas before becoming Chief Executive in 2021.
Improving the lives of our patients and their families is Ify’s key focus. He achieves this through working with partners to develop high quality and innovative clinical services, implementing evidence based clinical practice and research and supporting teams to deliver the best care possible.
