Met Office issues Amber Extreme Heat warning for London region – follow tips for staying well
The MET office has issued an Amber Extreme Heat warning in the London region from Thursday 11 to Sunday 14 August.
Temperatures are likely to rise into the mid 30s Celsius in south east London (Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark), and across the London region.
The NHS has shared tips for staying well.
