Invasive Tracheostomy Ventilation at Home Training
This is your chance to sign up via Eventbrite to an exciting and dynamic in person 2-day programme, exploring how to enable a quality of life for people who require long term invasive ventilation in the community.
This 2-day event will showcase how to care for people outside an Acute Hospital Setting and allow them to move on with their lives.
The programme is beneficial for anyone involved with, cares for or manages people who are invasively ventilated in the community.
The programme aims to help carers, clinicians and AHPs to:
- Understand a person’s journey home and beyond
- recognise and troubleshoot complications of invasive ventilation
- give you tools to manage emergency situations
- recognise the need for shared and collaborative care
- understand the role of enabling and advocacy
WHEN: Tuesday 10th October & Wednesday 11th October 2023 (2-day programme)
WHERE: Millennium Suites, Chelsea Football Ground, Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road, SW6 1HS.
TIMINGS: Registration opens at 9am on both days and the days close at 5pm.
