Over the Christmas period (25-26 December 2024) and New Year’s day (1 January 2025) the Emergency Departments (A&E) in all hospitals across south east London are likely to be much busier than usual.
Please help us to help you. If you need care over this period, please use the right service:
- Life-threatening emergency or serious injury: call 999 or go to your nearest Emergency Department (A&E)
- Urgent medical attention and advice: use NHS 111, either online, on the NHS app or by calling 111
- Advice on minor health concerns and prescriptions: go to your nearest open pharmacy (below)
- Urgent mental health advice: use NHS 111 by calling 111 and choosing option 2
