We are delighted to confirm that Tal Rosenzweig has been appointed as the new Director of Voluntary Sector Engagement and Partnership for the South East London Integrated Care System (ICS).
This is a new role and is one of the first of its kind in the country. It was developed with voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector colleagues in south east London, and is hosted by Community Links Bromley, a VCSE sector organisation on behalf of the system.
Tal will be working to ensure VCSE sector organisations are fully involved and engaged in the ICS as equal system partners. She will also be a member of the SEL Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) and will both represent and provide voice and advocacy for the VCSE sector.
Andrew Bland, Chief Executive of NHS South East London Integrated Care Board said:
“We are delighted to welcome Tal to south east London and look forward to working with her on this exciting and important area of ICS development.
“There is huge amount of expertise and knowledge of local communities within the VCSE sector, and we want to make sure we are working together in partnership with the sector to improve the health and wellbeing of our citizens. The establishment of this leadership role underlines our determination to make even greater progress in working with and through the sector.
“We are proud to be at the forefront of ensuring greater involvement and engagement of the VCSE sector in the ICS with this role.”
Tal said:
“I am really looking forward to working alongside the VCSE sector and health and social care partners in South East London. This is an exciting time for bringing together partners from across sectors and places, creating innovative partnerships and meaningful joint-working to enable the creation of accessible person-centred services which will enhance the health and wellbeing of all people in South-East London.”
Tal has over 15 years’ experience across a number of strategic and operational roles within the women’s sector, and has significant experience in strategic leadership, partnership development and innovation.
She has spent the last decade developing and leading cross-sector partnerships, bringing the expertise of the VCSE sector and the voices of the most marginalised communities and groups into the heart of strategic processes, to help influence and shape meaningful development, partnership and innovation.
