SE London EDI Best Practice Session
We are excited to invite you to an upcoming virtual session: SEL EDI Best Practice Session: Health & Care Jobs Hub and GLA Inclusive Employer Toolkit, where we will share valuable insights on fostering local talent and promoting inclusivity in the health and care sectors.
Facilitated by Bach Luu Kaparia, Manager, Health & Care Jobs Hub, the session will include presentations from Amin Aboushagor, Senior Policy and Projects Officer, WIN Equalities at the GLA, and Johanna Beresford from In Diverse Company. We will also hear from Juliana Frederick-James from Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, sharing first-hand experiences and learnings from their work with Design Labs.
This engaging session will explore, how the Health & Care Jobs Hub equips local communities with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to secure meaningful employment in health and social care and how the GLA Inclusive Employer Toolkit addresses employment barriers, promotes equality, and enhances diversity within the healthcare workforce.
