28th November 2024 – Bexley Wellbeing Partnership Meeting, 2.00pm to 4.00pm, Learning & Enterprise College Bexley, 5 Brampton Road, Bexleyheath, DA7 4EZ
Please join us for the Bexley Wellbeing Partnership Meeting. This is an opportunity for us to share our plans for health and care services for the residents of Bexley. This will include updates on our work on improving urgent care and access to primary care services for the borough. Our ‘Let’s Talk’ subject will be ‘Tackling Health Inequalities’, where you will hear from partners who are involved in projects attempting to reduce inequalities via Bexley’s three Local Care Networks.
Members of the public will have an opportunity to send in questions in advance and can also ask questions when the meeting begins.
